Yes! We ship practically anywhere in the world with an address.
This depends on where you are and what you are ordering. We have made our website to show you the best possible prices for you, you will also see a shipping estimate price range when you add to cart.
This will also depend on which shipping option you choose, all of our products are made to order. We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
For the most accurate timings please use a shipping calculator on the cart page. We ship from 2 locations in the US and 1 location in Europe. Whatever shipping address you put down, we will send it from the closest one.
After your item have been made and a shipping label has been created, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via Facebook Messenger (if applicable) and email. This is assuming you have chosen the shipping option with tracking as there super cheap shipping options but with no tracking. You can then use that code to track exactly where your order stands.

Currently our T-shirts are all unisex with a tear away label. They are slim/relaxed fit and a soft to the touch. It's made of a heavier cotton and the double-stitched neckline and sleeves give it more durability. 100% ringspun, pre-shrunk with shoulder-to-shoulder taping.
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.
Fear not, every order placed on our store is custom made in-house. A tracking code will be sent after it is made and ready to ship out. Please allow 3 to 5 days for us to complete your order. Once your item/s have been made, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via Facebook Messenger (if applicable) and email. Most of our shipping will include tracking but for some countries there are economy shipping options with no tracking.

If you are in need of an exchange or return, please contact hello@oteetee.com first to confirm the appropriate action to take. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request. Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received wrong or damaged items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us (email: hello@oteetee.com) for instruction on how to begin your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. All orders of sale items are final.

If you see a "delivery exception" on your tracking code or if you think your order has not arrived, don't stress! Your local post office may be behind on shipments. Allow 1 to 3 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date. If your order still has not shown up at your door, contact your local post office. They should be able to trace your order. If neither of those options work, email hello@oteetee.com and we will find out what happened and correct the situation for you.
